This drawing came from the idea and conversation I had that “Stress can be a powerfully positive motivator even if it may not seem like it in the heat of the moment. We need to work against today's "now" mentality and focus on refinement through practice like a diamond that needs pressure and heat to be created. This image immediately popped into my head and I had to get it out on paper after a quick sticky note thumbnail lol! A solid reminder that through pain and hardship we chisel down to a stronger core, shedding the weakness for strength. Continuing pushing through and see that tenacity and grit are better goals to work towards!
